If I could leave zero stars I would. I was with this company for 2 yrs and they cancelled my insurance without telling me. I had been driving 2 months without insurance. Something terrible could have happened to me, my car , and my family. I was a uninsured motorist. I didn't even know for 2 whole months. They couldn't reinstate me even though I had done everything they asked. I paid ecry month. They just dropped a good paying customer. Remember no insurance for 2 months and I didn't even know it.
I really enjoy the price Texas Farm Bureau offers, but that’s about it (only reason why I gave them two stars). Unfortunately, I’ve never felt comfortable talking to any of the associates at the Katy location. I would avoid calling them at all cost. Including today, where I emailed instead of calling. I know it’s a Saturday, but Matt did reply quickly and instead of offering any type of assistance, he questioned me in two emails.
