Absolutely horrible communication.
Switched my car insurance to them because their rates were 1/3 of what Progressive was charging and now I’m working with Chase on life insurance as well. Chase has been great to work with very informative but not pushy and the nurse that I worked Andrea is one of the nicest most genuine people I have met in a very long time. I highly recommend working with both of them if you get the opportunity

Paulette Glady is a huge blessing to me for both our personal and our multiple companies she has insured. We have been working with Paulette for many years now and I hope she is able to gain her own branch at some point, as she is more than deserving and is who keeps me coming back to Farm Bureau again and again, for both our personal and business insurance needs.
Pay attention to the other negative reviews. After they raised my car insurance rate, I decided to shop around for a cheaper rate and went with progressive. I went to cancel *just* my car insurance with FB, and they canceled my homeowners insurance too! Then, when I went to try to get my homeowners insurance started back up, Dustin Griffin actively refused to take my business so that I can keep my escrow intact and not have to start a new homeowners policy with someone else!
