Switched my car insurance to them because their rates were 1/3 of what Progressive was charging and now I’m working with Chase on life insurance as well. Chase has been great to work with very informative but not pushy and the nurse that I worked Andrea is one of the nicest most genuine people I have met in a very long time. I highly recommend working with both of them if you get the opportunity

Paulette Glady is a huge blessing to me for both our personal and our multiple companies she has insured. Pay attention to the other negative reviews. After they raised my car insurance rate, I decided to shop around for a cheaper rate and went with progressive. I went to cancel *just* my car insurance with FB, and they canceled my homeowners insurance too! Then, when I went to try to get my homeowners insurance started back up, Dustin Griffin actively refused to take my business so that I can keep my escrow intact and not have to start a new homeowners policy with someone else! Dustin was extremely helpful in making sure we had the best coverage and was very professional. I recommended him to family and he did the same thing. Great experience.
