I had a horrible experience with this group. I had an appointment for ear piercing for my 6 month old and was told that the main doctor, Dr. Agrawala would be performing the procedure. The nurse did the actual procedure and was unable to do it correctly. She has pierced my daughter's ears at the wrong spot and said that she was moving a lot!! The nurse was asking me to do the piercing again at the ''correct'' spot, but I told her that I want to speak to the main doctor. The doctor asked us to also redo the procedure again. I... read more
Dr Varma explained to me all the questions that I had ... she was considerate and good with my kids ...she called and checked on my kid next day
