Dr. Vo and her team are amazing. They go above and beyond to show their appreciation towards their patients and meet our needs. Once you walk in the building, there's so much positivity and hospitality. I been going there for many years, and Dr. Vo has always been patient and understanding. I'm so glad I came across this dentist.
Found them in a desperate time. Daughter needed braces taken off and they were able to accommodate us the same day and charging 50% less then the original orthodontist was charging. I came to them in tears because of the frustration I was experiencing. I left with me and my daughter having the best experience and a huge sigh of relief.

We will be starting phase 2 with a different orthodontist where the prices are much more reasonable. We were deceived by Dr. Vo, who had told me phase 2 would be included in the phase 1 price. We paid close to 3000 for phase one, so how on earth are you going to try to charge us an additional 5000+ for phase 2?! Ridiculous. All my kids will need braces but we will go elsewhere where the prices are up front and transparent! The new orthodontist is only charging us 2500 for phase 2 which includes retainers as well.
