My son has been seeing Dr.Bulan since he was 2 years old and he now 6 years old. I highly recommend him. He is patient and takes his time to explain everything.
Glad I could find a way to rate Dr. Bulan directly and not Texas Eye. I had the pleasure of having him as my ophthalmologist for 3 years. Sadly, I had to change doctors when "Texas Eye" was not in-network for my new insurance (employer's choice). He takes time to make sure you can ask questions and makes sure he answers all of them in a way that is easy to understand.
