This company does not stand behind their work, they have hours for warranty and are not flexible. My primary toliet sounds like a freight train when flushed and I am told its "normal" yet my other one doesn't sound like that, ones in other homes don't sound like that either. I am told its "water" pressure. They were suppose to fix another warranty issue and bailed and refused to come back once the guy has left. This is an awful company to work with for warranty.
