I have been with them for years! I called about my bill apparently there was a MISCOMMUNICATION!! The lady was so RUDE! I will not do business with them again. It was their fault about my bill but want to blame then trying to lie!
I was so impressed of the kindness the driver showed a neighbor resident who missed the first trash pass. As he came back through on the other side of the road, he stopped to help her get her trash can emptied. Just want you to know that someone notices. It is special. (A resident’s daughter)
Service was fine. Billing issues. I rarely put out more than one bag of trash a week. TES regularly charged me an "Extra Dump" charge of $6.50. I was told it's for pick-ups of over 100 pounds of trash. Yeah. Not once. I didn't argue, I simply terminated their services. It took them 3 weeks to pick up their trash bin after I canceled! WHY would they leave their trash bin in my driveway so long?
TES is the best trash service out there they never miss a beat!!!!
