Dr. Hoffman is amazing! I’ve been seeing him for the past year or so for an ongoing issue, and he has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. We tried multiple less invasive procedures along the way, with some being successful and others helping us determine the best course of action. Took my husband to see Dr. Moorehead. He is disabled so needs special care. Dr. Moorehead was very caring and good with my husband. I have gone to him in the past for myself too, and he's a great doctor. I also like the front desk staff and nurses. It's a very nice, spacious waiting room.
I honestly wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re rich. These people will come up Ways to spend your money I haven’t been to this facility in a year and I’m still getting bills.
My very first visit to this practice was very frustrating and disappointing. I was recommended by my sleep doctor to see an ENT for a deviated septum. My appointment was scheduled for 3 pm. I arrived and checked in at approximately 2:40 pm and I was finally taken back to an exam room at approximately 3:45 pm, I was then told that the doctor would be with me shortly. Long time patient- don’t bother checking in on line and the person at the front desk is rude and speaks under her breath. Let’s hope systems get addressed and attitudes get more patient friendly. Doctors here however are 5 star.
