Was checked in promptly and on time. Was given info I had come for and left with info I needed.
Very efficient. Very cordial and helpful. A busy office at times but staff never seems rushed in dealing with patients.
Every visit went very smooth. My father is almost 90 with hearing loss and they were able to get him set up with hearing aids in his budget. He’s had a few visits to get everything working well but each visit was pleasant and he was happy with how everything went. They were also very kind and that goes a long way when you need help,
Had a rough start with the call center, but the office staff more than made up for it. They were kind, listened, explained things well, but still efficient with very little wait.
