Dr. Odum who did my hearing test was GREAT!! she took the time to make sure I understood each test before she started them. Then Expalined the results and walked me over to the patient room.
All staff very friendly and helpful. Very thorough and wait time is is miminal.
The staff is very nice. And Dr. Hoffman is easy to talk to. He explained everything in a way that is easy to understand.
Dr Hoffman was wonderful he checked my ear thoroughly and even checked my mouth and nose. He suctioned my ear very gently and he explained to me very well what is the problem on my ear and explained to me the options of what can be done to solve the problem. I was very satisfied with his service.
Very kind and professional. Taking the time to explain each patient’s condition.
