Waiting for call back
Called and left voice-mail after voice-mail. Also sent message after message. Poor customer service. They have all my son's information, gave me a quote, now I'm left in the dark. Never received any paperwork to get the first payment started, and my son's individual insurance started. Now he is left without Healthcare. Representative was named Ernie Kyle.
My husband and I have been calling and going to the location this week and no response. We have questions and concerns. We have left messages and no call back. We need the help and can’t get a hold of Ernie.
I called and never got a call back, I went by because it says online they're open and it was closed.
