The doctor was very unprofessional, and a bully. She did not care that my husband was in pain. She kept talking about what she could not do. I had to beg her for treatment. My husband became very frustrated, so I began to talk to her on his behalf. She told me that she didn’t want to talk to me. She wanted to talk to him, my husband was in pain and couldn’t not talk. In my recent encounter at the Texas Emergency Care Center, I was dismayed by the slow service and the apparent lack of seriousness regarding my wife's health concern. Despite her experiencing chest pain and palpitations, the staff failed to address the situation appropriately. The longest I've ever had to wait at an ER/Urgent Care. Took my insurance and waited an hour. There were no other guests, and the doctors and receptionist were giggling and chatting. After an hour, I decided to go somewhere else.

Staff is so extremely rude and not patient. We came in for horrible chest pain and the nurse came out trying to send us home because your CT scans were taking 5 hours, and we wouldn’t be able to leave til they were done or else insurance wouldn’t cover it, which we understood and agreed too. She kept repeating herself over and over saying there looks like there isn’t anything wrong and we kept telling them we understood and there is a problem we will be willing to wait.
