Always excellent service. They have been providing company logo for me for over 2 years now.
The employees are okay, they just seem very uninterested in their job. I stopped going there after I had an issue about 5 years ago, but I chose to give them another chance. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. They do have Jellycats, the only problem is when I checked the Jellycat website to compare prices from what I bought vs the website, there was a $25 price difference!
Very reasonable store for buying personalized and/or TX theme gifts. Loved how knowledgeable the store employee was!
Very bad customer service, I wanted to buy a graduation gift for my daughter. I asked her if she was able to show me her Jelly cat collection and she stated no. Glad I didn’t spend my money in this store.
