Honestly, decided to give it a try by purchasing two day passes & what can I say it’s a great gym! It has all the machines you can think of and get a great workout done. From deadlifts, bench press to squats. The gym vibes are awesome! You defiantly get a great workout in. Hence, I decided to sign up for a membership and can’t wait to begin my continued fitness journey with TEF!

If your doing IPF power lifting i would not recommend this gym to you unless your desperate. I like how the gym is only $15 for a day pass and how its 24 hours. But on the other hand the gym's equipment is not the best in my opinion especially if your trying to train and compete for the IPF. The barbells are old and there not really for powerlifting and knurling is basically all gone. Went looking for a new gym. Everyone was friendly even with the high traffic of powerlifters. It’s close to home and has real equipment for serious lifters.

TEF is a great gym to begin or continue your fitness journey. Be prepared to make GAINZ!! I have done CrossFit, worked out at commercial gyms and endurance racing and TEF offers community and motivation alike. Seeing the amount of weights being moved and you will start believing you can too. I made my most muscular gains while at TEF. And learned so much more about my body and how much i can push it. Awesome gym, great people and community come join us 💪🏽 and lets lift!

It’s a good rounded powerlifting gym it can be packed some nights but if you need a simple 25/7 gym this is the place
