I don't usually leave reviews. That said, this is probably the most professional, knowledgeable, and transparent office I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The provider took the time to explain all options and results of my exam at length and answered all of my questions. Staff were very helpful and respectful. After check in the exam was fast, tests were very in depth, and I can see the best I've ever been able to see. Definitely a new standard of care here.
One of the best experiences I've ever had at an optometrist! I usually get pretty nervous with the tests (specifically the one that blows air in your eye) but the lady was very nice and patient. Dr. Sidra was kind, professional, & really took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions I had.
From the moment you walk through the front door you feel the kindness and the warmth of the front office staff. I have never felt anything different. The optometrist is a very nice guy good conversation patient and takes the time to answer all of your questions.
Short wait, friendly staff and the Dr. was GREAT!
It was so awesome . They found a wing in my eye that was killing me. Thank You !
