We called and scheduled an appointment for Elite to come to our home about a week in advance. My husband and I both work, so I took off work for the morning to be available. Elite hadn’t shown up after a few hours, so we called and were told that there was an emergency call out, so the tech could not come that morning. It is totally unprofessional to not call and let us know that they’d have to move the appointment.
