Hands down the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. They made time to come out last minute and look at our AC. Others told us that we needed an entirely new unit but they took the time to make sure everything was working properly to begin with and ended up fixing our issue without lying and trying to bamboozle us like the previous companies. Love it when a company is empathetic to the customers needs and is straightforward and transparent throughout the process.

Elite is the company you want working on your AC or Heater. I was told by another highly rated local company that the coil was leaking and the unit needed to be replaced, quoted 15k. Elite came out to give a quote on replacement and said that before doing that wanted to have a look at the system as some other companies try to bamboozle people. Ozzy's prices and service beat out other local HVAC business by a mile. He was prompt, explained everything I needed to know, his quote was broken down into line items and transparent. He and his guys were professional yet personable while on the job. His wife whom runs the admin side of things was kind, informational, organized and professional. Her follow ups were not pushy yet a simple reminder. All in all, I feel confident I chose the right company to replace my HVAC system and would recommend them to anyone.

Working with Ozzie has always been a pleasure. Just this past weekend, on a Sunday!, he was able to help us out when our AC went out during the hot peak. Ozzie made sure we were taken care of. He is always willing to go above and beyond to get to emergency cases. He will never push you to getting something you don’t need, explains the situation and will give you options. Very happy with services and will continue to keep using them.

Ozzy and Corina from Texas Elite have been great to work with in replacing our entire unit. Ozzy came on the very day I called and was thorough in diagnosing the problem. He gave me a timely quote and worked quickly to install our new system without cutting corners. He and Corina communicated clearly and were very personable. Highly recommend.
