Ozzie is a technical expert at HVAC systems and simply explained what was failing, why the unit wasn’t cooling, and how the unit needed to be repaired. I appreciated the transparency. He also went the extra mile and called the manufacturer himself to confirm the part was still under warranty, which saved me $$. He could have just washed his hands of it and billed me the whole amount. He saved me enough that I used that money to sign up for twice yearly heating/cooling servicing with Elite.
Ozzie was amazing! We had two major companies quote us thousands of dollars as well as telling us to replace our barely five year ac unit and he was able to get us up and running for $650 and honor our warranty. We are so grateful for his knowledge and explaining everything to us and walking us through his work. We will be using him in the future. Thank you again!!!
Our experience has been very easy, efficient and fast. We received a quote on Tuesday, and they quickly schedule us for Saturday! Very exciting since it was in Texas summer! So fast and friendly and explained everything to us, Corina and Ozzy are very professional and friendly with lots of help!!
I've had Ozzie come out to my house for A/C problems a few times over the last couple of years. Recently my 10-year old system developed a bad leak and I needed to replace the entire HVAC system. From start to finish, Ozzie's customer service is absolutely outstanding. Ozzie and Corina with Texas Elite Air Conditioning & Heating were absolutely wonderful to work with! We had a freon leak, and Ozzy came out super quickly, welded the pipe closed, recharged the freon and made sure there were no other leaks. He also kindly explained everything he did along the way and showed me some basics for maintaining the units properly and doing some DIY preventative care- truly fantastic service!
