Ozzie and his team were fantastic. The whole process from diagnosis to installation was efficient and he communicated every step of the way. If you need AC work done Ozzie is the guy!
Great service! I especially like the clear explanations of what went wrong and how best to maintain my system.
Ozzie came out and was very helpful in showing me my issue and explaining it in a way where I could understand, he didn’t at all have to do that but went beyond. He also could have upsold me as I thought the issue was much more severe and explained that to him, he assured me that he doesn’t work that way and showed me that it was a much easier fix than I had expected and would rather save me money and build a relationship if possible. Outstanding service! Ozzy came to our home and saved us thousands of dollars that another company wanted to charge for unnecessary repairs. He quickly found the real issue, fixed it, and only charged a fair price. Highly recommended!
Called up late at night hoping for a tech to come out. Found out I could get somebody out to fix my nonfunctioning AC in an hour. Then get this...the guy showed up 30 mins early, had my AC running in about 20 minutes, and then proceeded to let me know how to maintain my unit and what to look for in case of any future issues. Going to invite him back out to install a new thermostat next week. Amazing service and more than fair pricing! I would definitely recommend.
