I have waited 1month to see Dr Gonzales in Bedford. My appointment was 9:45 this morning. I was put in an exam room about 9:55. There was a woman coughing in the hall and I thought she was just choked on something. Thought she was a nurse but then the coughing sounded like it was coming from an exam room. She coughed for 20 minutes straight and sounded very sick. When Dr. Gonzales came in to see me and we exchanged hello I asked if the person coughing was contagious. Updated review: the Southlake staff is wonderful! We changed from Bedford. Bedford… do not recommend. Southlake, love! Dr. Gonzales is GREAT! He’s seen our six year old for several years. However, his staff is RUDE. So just prepare yourself to not take things personally. We saw another ENT prior to this who was not nearly as great as Dr. Gonzales. Fantastic customer service and professionalism!! Once my insurance gets their act together, I will most definitely be going to see Dr. Gonzales, he comes highly referred to me from many people! I'm personally having issues with my insurance (no fault of the doctors office!) which is what unfortunately turned me away for now.
Usually I did not leave opinions, but if you have thyroid cancer and need a thyroidectomy, Dr Gonzales is your best option. He is methodical, neat, detailed and concerned about his patients. Today I am healthy thanks to his surgery. also the scar from my surgery is hardly noticeable. He is a really good surgeon, words fail me to recommend him.
