My husband lost his wallet. One of the employees of TDS found it and turned it in to "Lady Cris". Lady Cris drove all the way to Kyle, TX and returned the wallet. Thanks so much for going above and beyond to do the right thing.
The customer service of this company is very subpar. They should be embarrassed of their level of service compared to Legacy Disposal.
Messaged a video on Facebook & tagged the company in a video showing their trash guy coming to our house , opening the lid of our can, placing the one black bag on the side of the can into the can and then taking a picture of the can and emailed it to the office saying our trash was too full and couldn’t close. They came back after a call but they absolutely should’ve responded on social media. Also we are set up for automatic payments and we just got a bill that has increased and I guess our ACH is no longer? No way to pay ... read more
