Polite, very reasonable cost. Will gladly return for vehicle services!
Very poor customer service. I called yesterday 04/15 about getting my 01 Dodge Dakota ECM flashed and I was told they had to look at it and would send a tow because my truck isn’t driveable, but would receive a call back once everything was submitted. A few hours went by no phone call so I called them back and was advised the lady I spoke with earlier was busy BUT she would put in the request for the tow. Tow never came and I never heard back from anyone!!!
Very fair and professional despite an emotional bad review I left previously that was factually unwarranted. Amber and Amanda helped us navigate through a nightmarish repair process. I apologize for my previous review.
