Texas Discount Auto also rents out their vehicles on Turo. Whoever runs the rental side of the business is incredibly rude and likely violated Turo’s terms of use by canceling my car rental reservation. Anyone thinking about purchasing a used vehicle from here should think twice before buying in light of what he told me. See attached messages.
Highly recommend Texas Discount Auto! I was planning to sell my car recently and called them up. Mr. Yuan was incredibly warm and welcoming. He generously shared valuable tips on selling a car and recommended several great used car websites. Thanks to his expert advice, we successfully sold our car at an ideal price within just two days! (ASK FOR ZEE) I had a great experience with this shop. The staff was professional, honest, and actually took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle instead of just trying to charge me for unnecessary repairs. The work was done right, the communication was great!!
BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! The prices looked amazing, around30% under market value, which is what caught my attention. Everything seemed legitimate until I sent the money. After that, communication suddenly stopped and I couldn’t get anyone to respond. The vehicle was never delivered. Looking back, the price was a huge red flag.Don’t let a deal that looks too good to be true convince you to send money.
