I would give them 10 stars if I could. My original solar installer went out of business and the battery manufacturer wasn’t very helpful, when the battery developed a problem. When I contacted Texas Direct Solar they were willing to take on the job. Anthony was impeccable with communication. The technician they sent was extremely knowledgeable and impressively stood his ground with the battery manufacturer to ensure they honored the warranty and provided a key part. Texas Direct Solar worked with our warranty company and helped us repair the system and replace a solar panel.
Mike and his team really went out of their way to make sure my system would be back up and running. They fought for me, and was very professional throughout the whole process. I know that whenever I need them, they will be there. I am eternally grateful to you all. You guys are the best.
I really enjoyed the service that Texas Direct Solar had provided. My solar system was installed by a company that is no longer and business. My system has lost half of the microinverters in the power surge due to a storm. I was concerned that I lost half of the capacity for good. Texas Direct Solar was recommended to my by enPhase as a very responsive company. I reached out to Michael and within a week and half all the broken microinverters were replaced under warranty and I am back in full production. Thank you!
