They do not know how to write scripts for your mail order company, like Express Scripts. They don’t care if you have to pay a fortune for your medications. They have too many patients or just don’t care!
2nd time colonoscopy by dr. Phan, follow up appointment is terrible, patients have to wait at least 4 months to see doctor while it takes only 1 weeks to get procedure. Mystery !!!
extremely frustrated with my experience. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called or was told I would have to wait multiple months so I’m happy I took the appointment. When I got there, I was the only person, but had to wait about 30 minutes just to be called back. While I waited, I heard an entire conversation between the doctor and the front staff because they were all yelling and he was discussing the fact that he will not have his staff miss treated.
