I had the most appalling experience I have ever had. I called last week to get an appointment and was very clear that I wanted a second opinion and needed a new GI doctor. I brought in all my paperwork and was completely prepared for the appointment. The doctor sent the nurse back in to tell me to go back to my previous GI doctor. They do not know how to write scripts for your mail order company, like Express Scripts. They don’t care if you have to pay a fortune for your medications. They have too many patients or just don’t care!
2nd time colonoscopy by dr. Phan, follow up appointment is terrible, patients have to wait at least 4 months to see doctor while it takes only 1 weeks to get procedure. Mystery !!!
