Friendly, professional and courteous staff. I was just there for a routine Followup with Kelsie, the nurse practioner who was very thorough, friendly and personable but I was in and out with very little wait time.
Have used this practice successfully for 30 years ever since it was a one doc shop. PAs should be equal to the quality of the docs since they are now the gatekeepers to the practice. Front office, back office, doctors - all wonderful. PAs are now the gatekeepers and should be equal to the docs they support.
Great experience. Wonderful bedside manner. Nurses made things very comfortable, easy process
Dr. Betsy is the best! She gave me some tough love this time concerning my health. She changed my medication and it seems to be working better. I value and trust her opinion.
