Procedure and doctors were great. Patients care model is used for anthestia. Was never explained or pointed out, that was in the fine print. I had anthestiologist and RN both charge my insurance 1500 dollars on top on the procedure cost because they both billed 750 to my insurance. My insurance paid them the going rate 400 each. I was sent a bill by endo seditions for almost 700 dollars. This does not seem right. Maybe it is. I love the provider I see at the Alon Location Dr. Kevin Dasher he is amazing, He has been my GI Specialist since I was diagnosed with Chron's Disease back in 2018, but the staff at the location that handles the Rx's and Prior Authorization has been such a hassle, as I have a specialty Med. I am currently getting the runaround on who is doing what, and who I need to contact and its always a hassle to get through the phone line throughout the day. My last refill was 12/12/2025 and I still have not been able to get my Rx renew... read more
