I'll try to be fair but I had a MAJOR issue with a doctor and the practices at this facility. I had a colonoscopy performed here and had several polyps removed. The doctor told me I should have my right colon removed since so many polyps put me at a high risk for cancer. The lab reports came back fine except for a suspicious note concurring that I should have surgery. How does a lab technician know I need surgery by looking at benign polyps? Then, I immediately began getting calls from a general surgeon at this facility want... read more

Tried to make an appointment with Dr. Fayez in Rockwall thru his schedule representatives, and was cut off by the schedulers by the phone after explaining that I needed to make an appointment to have my abdomen checked up. Wouldn't take my experience seriously. Hopefully Dr. Fayez sees this and corrects his scheduling representatives, because if my condition worsens, it'll be because of negligence from this staff for not helping me in my time of need.

I made an appointment through the scheduler. First, the call comes in as an anonymous call, I don't answer anonymous calls. I called back and had to wait a week for a callback. I scheduled an appointment, and then today, I was called and told I was not allowed an appointment in Rockwall. So I'm not able to schedule my required colonoscopy. Besides being over 60, my father died of colon cancer. Horrible way to treat patients.

TRASHHHHH!! All your customer representatives need training. They hung up on my face twice for asking clarification on scheduling. I spoke to two different people and they both hung up on my face.

Dr paradiso himself is Wonderful and knowledgeable. However to get an appointment is such a hassle. To see Dr. Paradiso himself is 2 to 3 months away. Also the scheduler always puts you on hold for a long time multiple times. Very frustrating the length of time to get an appointment and to even schedule one.
