I rated this 3 stars not directly for the company of TDDC, but actually for the PA who was seeing me on that day. She asked how I was and what seemed the problem. I started telling her and she just went on with other questions. I felt she wasn’t hearing me or cared for my concerns 5 min with her and she was done
