I have been requesting a transfer to another physician about 3yrs ago, didnt happen and looked for another physician not part of this group. Fast forward last month, asked for a female physician- transfer from another doctor, no response, even left a message with a practice manager and again I looked for another doctor that could accommodate me. Working in the Healthcare system, this practice is wrong, shows patients are not valued at this practice. Will not recommend this practice to anyone.
This office routinely overbooks patients. The average wait is over an hour just in reception. Their excuse is "lots of people and limited rooms". This is disrespectful of your patients. Shame.
