This office routinely overbooks patients. The average wait is over an hour just in reception. Their excuse is "lots of people and limited rooms". This is disrespectful of your patients. Shame.
My experience was positive. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and my wait was short in the reception area and also in the room before seeing Alex. She answered all my questions and recommended a change in my medications which I have begun and it is working. Thank you for meeting my expectations!
