Dr. Padda was excellent, and I was very pleased with my experience with him. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the appointment scheduling process, which has been extremely frustrating. I initially called on Wednesday to reschedule an appointment with Anahi Villarreal but received no response. I followed up with two calls on Friday, leaving a voicemail each time.
