Great staff
I had a great visit, staff was very professional, friendly smile, informative. I felt so comfortable talking about my symptoms to Nurse Practitioner Molina. She's going to make a great Doctor. Great bedside manner, easy to talk to. I recommend this office to anyone.
No one answers phone, I’ve called, I’ve texted.. wrote multiple messages, came to the office to make an appointment in person and the office was closed at 12. No where in the site does it say they are closed for lunch. Horrible. I really wanted to use this clinic but it’s been a headache just trying to get any communication or help. I don’t understand the lack of support and just simple call and make an appointment.. why it has to be this complicated. Will be going elsewhere for help.
Today I had my 5th colonoscopy, 1st with Dr. Vincent Nguyen and Kingwood Endoscopy. Dr. Vincent Nguyen and Kingwood Endoscopy was by far the best experience I ever had. Everybody was extremely nice and professional. The anesthesia was the best I ever had. I went to sleep right away and when I woke up, I was wide awake and not groggy at all. I did not feel bloated, and I was ready to go. When I got home, I was ready to do my daily routines (I followed all the post-operative procedures) but it was like nothing happened.
