Awful experience with TDDC. For a procedure that is fairly urgent, It took three weeks to clear their initial scheduling process. They faxed approvals to my primary physician to an incorrect number (a number that they could not explain where it was obtained). TDDC then explained to me that they wait ten days for a response before trying again. I asked them to just call my primary physician to quickly get clearance. They refused to do this. Told them my concerns, Dr Lin said “there was nothing he could do” appointment was 5 min. Charged me over $300. Waste of time and money. Do not recommend. I think I was gaslit and not taken seriously.
Dr. Dave is an extraordinary physician. She demonstrates that she truly cares about her patients. She genuinely listens and tries to figure out what is going on in a way appropriate to the patient. Having an autistic child how they communicate is different and she approaches our child in a way that allows them to understand and feel heard.
Made a transfer request as on of their doctors in Allen made me wait for over 90 mins vs appt time, but the doctor in this location also assured they would also do the same thing as they have many patients and rejected transfer request, sounded so unprofessional for a doctor
