The office I was at, did not take cash, so I asked to have the bill sent through the mail instead. I had already filled out the paperwork with my current address on it, the receptionist confirmed my address a second time before I left as well, however, I have now received a call from a collection agency, because they sent the bill to the wrong address, never called me, and never left a voicemail.

The absolutely most unprofessional clinic I've been too. I scheduled the earliest appointment (first patient of the day) and was left in a room unseen by anyone as they loudly talked about the coffee and breakfast tacos that a coworker had brought in for over 30 minutes. My time is valuable as well and wasting it while you socialize with coworkers is unacceptable.

Katelynn Mann referred me to Dr. Lin for the dreaded colonoscopy. I was so nervous and anxious leading up to the procedure. Katelynn was able to answer my questions and assured me I was in great hands with Dr. Lin. Sure enough he was AMAZING!! I won’t see anyone else for GI issues.

Awful experience with TDDC. For a procedure that is fairly urgent, It took three weeks to clear their initial scheduling process. They faxed approvals to my primary physician to an incorrect number (a number that they could not explain where it was obtained). TDDC then explained to me that they wait ten days for a response before trying again. I asked them to just call my primary physician to quickly get clearance. They refused to do this.
