Outstanding customer service
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care with me. I would highly recommend this facility.
I have to get my esophagus dilated from time to time, and that doesn't come with a schedule. TDDC has scheduled these procedures over a reasonably short timeframe. But just as importantly, they combined with the surgical center, managed to get me into the procedure pretty much on time - I swear they got the procedure done before the start time once! - so the hurry up and wait part of the precess is eliminated. That's very refreshing. Additionally, I have nothing but praise for their attitude - top to bottom.
I originally started seeing Dr Mays which is an outstanding doctor but then got pawned off to his assistant NP and I don’t care for her bedside manner. I’ve been having a lot of gastrointestinal issues and it’s so hard to get an appointment and for things to get moving. Will be looking for a more attentive place!
