Dr Sadiq is a great doctor. I really wanted him to be my doctor to do my colonoscopy, but I will not be going to this office again and canceled a procedure due to office staff. No one answers the phone and you can not press 0 and get an operator. Also 99% of the people and departments you try to transfer into do not answer their calls or call you back. This company charged me for a chargeback fee of $25 for the mistake of the Billing department of DHAT -Rockwall who billed me for colonoscopy which I already told to Sarah of Dr. Blank's office that I was not supposed to pay as it was 100% covered by my insurance. But Sarah insisted that I have to pay $565.74 before the procedure on 8/7/26. I had no choice but to pay. When I saw that my insurance, indeed paid 100%. Incredibly UNprofressional Office Staff, most work remotely and when you send messages via phone or portal, it can take up 2 months for a reply!! what medical office does this?! so irresponsible and doesnt care about the patient, only cares about getting more colonoscopy procedures under them. its a madhouse there and good luck getting any kind of care.

There is no way these reviews can be real. This organization is a nightmare administratively. Numerous phone calls made with multiple messages and never a reply. Then, tried messaging through their Klara AI app, and still nothing back. As part of this GI Alliance, which seems like a private equity roll-up, this org is a pain to interact with. It's a shame because the clinical providers do good work.
