This is the worse experience I’ve ever had in my life. I been trying for over 5 days to get my prior authorization completed so I can get my medication. I call every morning in addition to sending messages via the portal and text that gets ignored. When I call the lady that does it is in clinical and has to call me back and she never does. I talked to her today finally and she says cvs never sent prior authorization she said she was going to respond to them to decline alternative medication. I like Dr. Greg Hodges, but his office manager was trying to make me pay as if I did not even have insurance! I canceled my colonoscopy for that reason. This is the second time this office screwed up my appointment. Last time I canceled and went to another doctor and I will have to do the same thing for a second time! He probably will never know why because they won't let him see this review or even give him the message to call me! This is for the Dallas office, not Allen.

I was referenced to Atulkumar Shah, MD after testing positive on my Colorguard cancer screening. He was very informative and wanted to schedule me for a COLONOSCOPY and endoscopy.
