Absolutely the worst doctors I’ve ever been to. All they are worried about is the payment they could careless about your actual health. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed first hand.
My wife sees Dr Mays. We have found him to be an exceptionally good doctor who has been very proactive to her care and responsive to her needs.
I found this practice and doctor was more interested in my money than actual healthcare.
Dr. Mays refused to give me the doctors note I needed. I have Crohn's disease and have to eat smaller more frequent meals. I was told this by Dr. Mays, and its listed on the Crohn's and Colitis foundation website. I requested to have Dr. Mays himself call me back to explain why I was denied the note, and I was told there was no guarantee he would call me back, ever. Do not go here if you want a Doctor that cares!!
Dr. Ramesh is the best! Extremely thorough, empathetic and listens closely to get the right diagnosis. My case was complicated but I feel that I am in great hands with this doctor, couldn't be more blessed! Also, the staff actually answers the phone and also provides all info that you need. Very courteous and professional.
