I called Texas Diamond Tools looking for an 18" core bit, and Mrs. Shar was incredibly helpful in assisting me—especially since that's a pretty big bit! Even though we weren’t sure we had the job yet and were just looking for pricing, she was very patient and informative. We’ve ordered other smaller core bits, and they’ve all been awesome.
