I: bought a beautiful ruby and gold cross which my wife loved and wears everyday to this day; They even fixed the chain which tangled in her hair and broke several times. Roger was also able to engrave some mementos like our wedding champagne glasses and bottle along with some rings & jewelry; I guess they can engrave anything! Good service and Friendly staff!
My husband purchased a 2 kt diamond anniversary ring, new wedding band set, diamond tennis bracelet, diamond necklace, and several pieces of white gold jewelry. He purchased the lifetime warranty on all items. Zales outlet has proven to be courteous and considerate. They have handled any concern or repair in a timely fashion and have always made us aware of future promotions. I have recommended them to several friends and co-workers and they have been just as satisfied. I will continue to recommend them to anyone.
