I was referred by my primary care for enlarged thyroid.Icalled for an appt.in Dec.was told someone would call me back after the first of the year didn't get a call back till April only to be told he couldn't see me and was not given a reason when I asked.I didn't know a Dr could be so pompous. esp.vwhen referred by my primary care.What if something is seriously wrong with my thyroid?:I don't know when drs lose their humanity but lose it they do.

Dr. Pasala is great at what he does. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and is very easy to communicate with. I've been coming here for four years, and my Diabetes has improved significantly. Im a far healthier person than when I first met Dr. Pasala. Shannon is also very friendly and willing to help get things situated, especially when needing to change appointment dates. 5/5 Stars!

So I called for an appointment as a new patient, the clerk told me they were accepting new patients. I’m a type 1 diabetic and I’m on insulin. I wanted to consult with the doctor about a pump. The clerk told me to give them a few days and they would get back to me. A few days went by and they called me. Denied!? For what? The clerk told me the Doctor normally doesn’t give a reason when denying a patient. I was dumb founded, I could have used those few days to find a doctor instead of waiting for a denial with no reason. What... read more

Dr. Pasala is Great. Very quick to get me in for an appointment, and the staff keeps me updated on my lab results as soon as they come in. Would recomend to anyone with Grave's or anyother thyroid problem.
