I wish I could give Texas Design and Build zero stars. The work they did was horrible, left a mess and will not even call me back to fix disaster they caused. It costing me more fix the so-called deck they built. STAY AWAY PLEASE!

Had a group of 4 guys show up, 3 workers 1 supervisor, asked to have specific things done to my spare bathroom to cover up imperfections in the drywall, was told "we will take care of that", after having texturing and painting the imperfections remained, after explaining to the supervisor that the work was in question, he stated "the work looks fine we need the balance of payment taken care of", after 7-9 calls to texas design and build and being told "a manager will call you in 10 minutes" and no one calls.Workers and super... read more

Terrible shoddy work. The crew came to replace windows. The workers were sloppy and careless. They dropped one of the windows and shattered it over a brand new wooden floor I had just had installed. Unbeknownst to me, they then covered damage to the floor with some kind of rubber putty. I only became aware of their damage months after the job was completed. Worse yet, they did not seal the windows they installed, which has led to multiple episodes of water leaks after rains, severely water damaging the same floor. If I could... read more
