The very pretty young lady named Sydney was very helpful and kind when we came in with some issues to report. The other older woman named Carolyn was very rude and had a bad attitude. I heard her making several rude remarks during our conversation with Sydney.
Messed up 121/635 split for NO REASON. I wrote this review in the stopped traffic it caused. txdot engineers are truly a joke. They shouldn’t even be called engineers
