The rudest clerks work here. They apparently don't like their jobs or people. I'd go anywhere else, but here from now on
They are rude as hell. Ill stand in a longer line in Beaumont from now on.
The workers are rude or curious. Seem to be unhappy with their jobs, when they should be grateful they have a job!! My daughter was 5th in line and got what she thought was ticket 100, and it looked like it was but they said it was 00, so she had to wait even LONGER in line! It's a good thing I didnt have to have an appt to go do a medical procedure! I much prefer the Liberty location for this exact reason! I think the State of Texas has sunk to a new low FORCING people to stand outside in the heat and rain for hours just to get in the building!! This is beyond ridiculous! And to the very rude and nasty lady behind the counter yelling at people to close the door just because we were trying to get a little air, I really hope karma bites you!
It's ridiculous they have only 12 seats and make people stand outside in the heat and elderly that can't stand that long. Not to mention one of the staff members is the rudest person ever. She needs to get another job other than working with the public.
We were 20 minutes early for our appointment and they said we were supposed to be an hour early. No, the appointed time should be the time you want us there.
