Staff was not friendly at. Had to come back 4 different times and each time it was something new we needed. If it hadn’t been for the person over the office who I spoke with over the phone my daughter wouldn’t have her license. The instructor also was very rude. She didn’t really explanation on the points she deducted. Just overall not a good experience. Next time I would rather wait an extra month than deal will rude people that don’t really know what they’re doing. Sorry people of Uvalde that you have to deal with them!.
There was a certain white woman there don’t know her name. Rude as can be, she had no empathy. Another employee said we could get my state ID with all the paperwork we had and this woman came along and said that it wouldn’t work. She then proceeded to say “I can send it to a supervisor to see if they can approve it but it’s not a guarantee” making us wait just for to say that he said they won’t accept it. All for my social security wasn’t a literal card. Mind you It just a state ID so I have proof of identity for my program ... read more
