I went to Waxahachie, TX for an ID. I was approached by Tamara Davis and she was amazing. When she approached me the first thing she said was how may I help you with a big smile. She was very knowledgeable and that was the best experience I ever received in a DPS office.
When a TDPS Texas Ranger is supposed to investigate the Sheriff for altering or destruction of Evidence and Collusion with a known Felon and totally disregards all the Facts that I brought to the table in a meeting with RCSO, TX is Totally Sickening! My wife and I passed out CD's to other law enforcement agencies and even the DEA, who came to our HOUSE!!!! I had the best experience renewing my drivers’ license! I was greeted at the door by a friendly and helpful worker. I was quickly signed in and ushered to a comfortable seating area to wait until my appointment time. Everyone was helpful and courteous throughout my visit, and the process took less than 30 minutes.
