Texas Dentistry in Terrell & Kaufman are pretty good offices with good dentists & staff. However, they reschedule appointments all the time. It's poor customer service to reschedule your client's appointments on a regular basis. They don't have a lot of openings and have to schedule you for more than a month out.
My granddaughter has gone to this place since she was a baby never a compliment about dentist, but you better beware on the braces side we have already paid alot of money and the service is so bad the orthodontist doctor keeps telling us untrue information 100.00 down 181.00 a month and she doesn't even have her bottom braces on yet it's been about 5 months so I ask how much to take off her top braces with is about 8 bracket and a wire I was told 500.00 and they are the one's that suck she broke a couple bracket off and they... read more
