My family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) arrived at the restaurant at 4:45 pm. We were informed that the restaurant wasn't open yet but they can make a reservation for us and when the restaurant officially opens we will be sat. More families began to come and were informed the same thing and reservations were made for them. At 5:00 they began to call names. Online reservations process for over 10 is horrible. I was given a link to my own portal. I wanted reservations for 20. This was not a special event. I wanted to know if I still needed to put down a deposit. It was mentioned in comments within the portal that each couple will pay for themselves. Still no response after several days. I guess I'll take my business some where else.
If you love meat, this place is definitely worth it. They have an amazing selection, and it’s all-you-can-eat for one price. It’s not cheap, but the quality of the food is excellent, so I think it’s worth the splurge. The restaurant has a nice, quiet, upscale atmosphere that makes the whole experience even better. Just be ready to spend around $100 or more per person, but if you’re looking for a great steakhouse experience, I’d definitely recommend it.
