Zach at Texas Cycle Werks is the GREATEST!! Seriously, he's professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and just down home good. No, we're not related. I only know him through my bike interactions, but I swear every time I leave the shop I think wow, he's so good and this is how all businesses should run. Really appreciate this guy (Zack?). Not only are the prices extremely reasonable, he's willing to actually teach you a few things and explain the "why" behind various things. I have already been in several times for various things and he's been very patient and helpful every time. Very happy that a shop like this is close to where I live.
Texas Cycle Werks is awesome. I needed last-minute help getting my tubeless tires setup and Zach was able to get me taken care of quickly. I highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be back for his services this summer.
I came here to buy a bike after reading the great reviews here. The owner didn’t have anything that fit me, but offered suggestions on my search criteria and referred me to other places that might be able to help. I really appreciated his patience and knowledge.
