Contract and bid included Texas Custom Patios obtaining all necessary permits and HOA permissions. Texas Custom Patios is an excellent company, run by caring, expert management. Last year we had a beautiful patio built by them. They did an outstanding job, with expert craftsmanship, quality materials, and excellent project management. Recently our home was burglarized and had a considerable amount of damage. I called Steven at Texas Custom Patios and he sent a crew out as quickly as possible to make repairs to secure my home and repair the damage to the interior of my home.
