Justin with TCP gave an awesome presentation. He impressed me and my husband with his knowledge for what we wanted done for our patio. He made us feel like we are in good hands. His is a nice polite man. Easy to work with.
We screened in our back porch, added fans and heaters and also added an attached shed. Our project manager Ryan was top notch, with great communication and responsiveness. The job required several different crews, including framers, painters, electricians and roofing, and every crew worked hard and efficiently. We are very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to work with Ryan again.
The initial design process was straightforward and easy for us! Justin knew exactly what to ask for and took all of our preferences into consideration when coming up with the design for our screen porch. He helped steer us in the right direction with design options and was flexible with including or removing items as we changed our minds on a few things. Covered patio & outdoor kitchen turned out beautifully. Gorgeous design. Only issue was with the flooring. Wrong material materials were recommended & cracks. began to form and it flaked up. RJ took over the project as warranty work & was awesome. He figured out what the issue was & recommended the right materials. They ripped out the old stuff and put in the new and only billed us for the materials difference. The patio & pool deck now look amazing. RJ was amazing to work with followed up and kept us informed.
