I had a 2 years personal unsecured loan with CU. I paid it off in 1.5 years. Here’s what happened with my credit scores when the account reported as paid and closed, perfect payment record. Long story short I found out that Brightspeed was a CenturyLink-a DSL provider that I ditched shortly after the consent of the Pandemic in favor of Comcast for the internet as video conferencing over DSL was impossible.
