I bought my Edge in 2022 and bought the extended warranty. I since then have moved out of state. I had some small issues with the vehicle. I called the dealer to get some information on my warranty and was treated with the upmost respect and I feel the ladies I spoke with went above and beyond to help me! Thanks Texas Country Ford!
Had a friend take his 2019 expedition for warranty service and was given the runaround on a alternator problem that was clearly a warranty issue. He's had so many problems that he is at his wits end with the service department. They are trying to charge him $3000.00 for a problem that was caused by them. This was the easiest transaction I have had purchasing a vehicle. Zach was easy to work with and handled all of my questions. I live 180 miles away and they delivered my new truck to me on time and in perfect condition. Dealing with the finance department was also smooth. No frills and no hidden cost.
