I had a very disappointing experience with Texas Cool Heating and Air Services. They scheduled an appointment and never showed up. No call, no explanation. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a response. Completely unprofessional.
Customer service was rude and dismissive when I tried to explain my concerns. Instead of addressing the issue, they seemed more interested in ending the call quickly. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
The technician seemed inexperienced and unsure about the issue. He kept going back and forth to the truck and didn’t clearly explain what was wrong. For the price charged, I expected much better expertise and professionalism.
Art is amazing! Always delivers excellent communication, value and workmanship. Highly recommended for any HVAC issues.
